Through mentorship, skill-building, and character development, we empower youth with confidence, leadership, and resilience. YOUTH DEVELOPMENT

Youth development & basketball clinics

Youth Development is at the heart of the ADS Sentinels mission. Our programs equip young athletes with the skills, discipline, and confidence needed to excel both on and off the court. Through structured training, skill-building clinics, and competitive play, we focus on fundamentals, performance, and a strong work ethic.

Our experienced coaches and mentors provide individualized guidance that builds leadership, teamwork, and self-belief — preparing players not only for basketball success, but for life. Whether a child is just starting their journey or working toward higher-level competition, the ADS Sentinels offer a clear path for growth, achievement, and future opportunity.

HEALTH & WELLNESS INITIATIVES

We believe that true success begins with a healthy mind and body. Our Health & Wellness Initiatives are designed to promote physical fitness, mental well-being, and balanced lifestyles for youth, families, and the entire community. Through basketball training, fitness programs, and active lifestyle events, we encourage participants to develop healthy habits that extend far beyond the court. From improving strength and endurance to teaching the importance of nutrition, sleep, and self-care, our programs focus on helping individuals build a strong foundation for lifelong health and success.

But wellness is about more than just physical fitness, it’s about nurturing the whole person. That’s why the ADS Sentinels partner with local health professionals, wellness organizations, and community groups to provide education, resources, and support for mental and emotional health as well. We are committed to creating safe, inclusive spaces where individuals can learn, grow, and thrive, and where families can come together to support one another in living healthier, happier lives. Through these initiatives, the ADS Sentinels are proud to lead by example, empowering our community to make positive choices and embrace wellness as a way of life.

Community Engagement Days are a special part of what makes the ADS Sentinels more than just a basketball team,  they’re a celebration of connection, service, and shared purpose. On these days, our players, coaches, and staff step off the court and into the heart of the community to volunteer, support local causes, and make a positive difference where it matters most. Whether it’s visiting schools, hosting free youth clinics, participating in neighborhood cleanups, or partnering with local organizations on service projects, we’re dedicated to building stronger, more united communities. These events give us a chance to give back to the people who support us, inspire future leaders, and show what it truly means to “Guard the Win” beyond the game. Through Community Engagement Days, the ADS Sentinels aim to uplift, empower, and create lasting impact together.
